Back in the early 60's Billy was one of the youngist members of the 4-H Roaming Riders. With his personality, sense of humor, and good nature; us holder kids enjoyed him as our chubby buddy!! Our thoughts are with each of you at this difficult and sad time. RIP and happy trails in Heaven my friend.
