William A. Cole Sr, age 63, of Pleasantville, PA, died unexpectantly on Sunday, September 20th, 2015 at the Titusville Area Hospital, Titusville, PA. He was born December 27, 1951 in Trenton, New Jersey, son of the late George L and Elizabeth M. “Betty” (White) Cole.
On November 25, 2003 in Guang Zhou-China, he married Chungling “Maggie” Wang who survives. Together they have two daughters, Sarah Elizabeth and Rebecca Ann, both at home.
Bill with his wife Maggie founded, owned and operated Dragon Plastics Inc., of Titusville, PA. He was a global plastics engineer and has received the Who’s Who Achievement Award for Global Business Leaders. He loved his family and his home and attended the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church. He achieved many accomplishments in his life and was a hardworking and diligent man who will be forever missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife and their two daughters also surviving are two sons, William A. Cole Jr and his wife Jodi of Greencastle, PA; Joseph A. Cole and his husband Michael Brine of Portland, Oregon. A daughter Mandee Lynn Underhill of Titusville, and their mother Janice Eileen Cole also of Titusville.
Two brothers, Robert M. Shaw and his wife Linda of Cresswell, Oregon; Dan L. Cole of Corry, PA. Two sisters, Carol A. Krick and her husband Chuck of Jacksonville, North Carolina; Deb E. Davis and her husband John T. of Tionesta, PA.
Four grandsons, Dylan, Devin and Dalton Cole of Greencastle, and Benjamin Underhill of Titusville. Two granddaughters, Ashley Rose and Caitlyn Marie Underhill, also of Titusville. Several nieces and nephews all of which he was very fond of.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, George Benjamin Cole. A sister-in-law Evelyn Cole.
Friends will be received at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 6-7:30 PM. Funeral services will then be conducted at the funeral home 7:30 PM with Dr. Terry Purvis Smith officiating. Burial at Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville.
