Timothy E. "Gooch" Goughler

     Timothy Earl “Gooch” Goughler, age 67, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, died on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Titusville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Titusville, PA.  He was born August 31, 1954 in Pittsburgh, son of the late Earl T. and Shirley A. (Hilliard) Goughler. 
     He graduated from Peabody High School in Pittsburgh in the class of 1972.  He worked as a Union Steward for the Laborer’s Union Local 373 in Pittsburgh until his retirement.  He was an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams and enjoyed spending time with his friends at the West Hickory Sportsman’s Bar. 
     He is survived by his brother, Patrick Goughler of Tionesta.  His “little sister,” Robyn Perhach and her husband John of Tionesta.  Two nieces: Tricia Connolly and her significant other Shane Parsons of Pittsburgh, and Nicole Borrelli and her husband Vinnie, also of Pittsburgh.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jay Goughler, on June 27, 1981. 
     Friends will be received from 1-5 P.M. on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Tionesta.
