Terry M. Meade

   Terry Michael Meade, age 56, of Trunkeyville, PA, Forest County, formerly of Verona, PA, died on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at his family cabin.  He was born September 8, 1959 in Pgh, PA, son of Gary Meade of Florida, and of the late Penelope Ann (Ober) Iozzi. 

   Terry was a good friend to all who knew him and would do anything for anyone being a “jack-of-all trades”.  He was an avid reader, loved science fiction, a WWII history buff, and enjoyed time with his granddaughters.  

   In addition to his biological father, surviving are a daughter, Cassandra L. Heckert and her husband Joshua of West Deer, PA.  Two granddaughters, Carina and Kaylee. Mother of Cassandra, Barbara J. Meade, of Dorseyville, PA.

   Five brothers, Mark Meade of Cheswick, PA; Eric Meade of Penn Hills, PA; Nick Iozzi and his wife Keena, also of Plum Boro; Mario “Butch” Iozzi Jr. of Penn Hills; David Iozzi of Verona.

   Three sisters, Erin Meade of Plum Boro; Mindy Battiste and her husband Rob of Irwin, PA; Mary Mazur and her husband Gary of Plum Boro PA.  An aunt, Kathleen E. Thomas and her husband, John  of Fox Chapel.  Numerous nieces and nephews.

   In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael A. Meade, and his step-father and "Dad", Mario "Butch" Iozzi. An uncle, Frank L. Ober Jr.

   Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service at Trinity United Church of Christ, Dorseyville on June 26 at 3pm.   Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
