Tammy Lee Nason

    Tammy Lee Nason, age 64, of Tionesta, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca, PA.  She was born September 7, 1961 in Clarion, PA, daughter of the late Charles L Kiser and Dixie L. (Tucker) Kiser Zuck.   

   Tammy was employed 30 years by the Forest Area School District in custodial services.  She was always happy to see all the elementary kids in the morning coming into school, and seeing how excited they all were.  She also loved to see and spend time with all her kids and grandchildren. One of the highlights of her life was when she made a trip to Las Vegas, which she loved and had a great time…and was always hoping to go back.  She also loved her dogs. Tammy always said she hoped the rainbow bridge was real, and could not wait to see all her animals she ever loved there waiting for her.

   Surviving are two daughters, Jamie L. Lasonis and her husband Eric, of Tionesta; Stefanie L. Adams of Clarion. A brother, Bruce Kiser and his wife Pam of Tionesta.  Two sisters, Vicky Fratus of Florida; Debbie Kiser, also of Tionesta.  Four grandchildren, Logen Lasonis, Charlie Lasonis, Johnathan Bowser, all of Tionesta, and T.J. Bowser of Clarion. 

   Her step family included two step-brothers, Edward Zuck of Clarion, and Robert Zuck of Tionesta. Two step-sisters, Dena Hartzell and her husband Jeff of Tionesta, and Laura Zuck Davis of Clarion. The following four stepchildren, Conrad Nason and wife Tara of Pleasantville Pa, Tabitha Swisher and husband Gary of Franklin, PA,  Nick Swogger and wife Tessa of Norfolk VA, Tara Heath/Carfolo and husband Rob Carfolo.   The following eight step-grandchildren, Nora Schroeder, Bella Swogger, Devin Swogger, Logan Swogger, Jaidyn Swisher, Rosco Swisher, Rodney Swisher, and Trudy Swisher.

   In addition to her parents Tammy was preceded in death by her step-father, James Zuck.  A brother, Daniel L. Kiser.  A step-sister, Peggy Uplinger.   

   There will be no public visitation, all services held will be private.  Burial will be at Wolfs Coroners Cemetery, Tionesta.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J.
