Sonja A. Sharp

   Sonja A. Sharp, age 76, of East Hickory, PA, died on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the Warren General Hospital in Warren, PA.  She was born March 1, 1948, daughter to the late William J. and Stella M. (Fadden) Seely. 

   On March 25, 1967 in Hydetown, PA she married James V. Sharp who died on January 25, 2018. 

   Sonja worked at True Value Hardware in Tidioute, PA (later Tidioute Hardware) for many years under the ownership of Kathy Linnon, followed by  Shelley Kagle.  Over the years Sonja become very close friends with Kathy and Shelley.  She was a member of the VFW of Tidioute and of the American Legion Auxiliary.  She loved to spend time with her family and friends. 

   Surviving are a son, Randy J. Sharp and his wife Jill of Irvine, PA.  A daughter, Amanda A. Lucich and her husband Ray of Hermitage.   One grandson, Michael Sharp and his wife Eryn of East Hickory.  One Great-Granddaughter, Nautica McKeel and her husband Cameron of Titusville, PA.  Good friends who she cherished; Greg and Annie Passauer and their daughter Krissy of West Hickory; Pete and Martha Murdock of Sewickley, PA.  There are many other close friends too numerous to mention.

   In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Scott V. Sharp. 

   There will be no public visitation, all services held will be private.  Sonja will be buried with her husband Jim alongside their son Scott at Fairview Cemetery in Pleasantville, PA.   Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J.
