Phyllis I. Kelly, age 93, of Endeavor, PA, died on Tuesday morning, April 15, 2025. She was born September 22, 1931, in East Hickory, PA, daughter of the late Bert and Mary (Fitzgerald) Rudolph.
A lifelong resident of Endeavor, she graduated from Hickory High School in 1949 and was a member of Endeavor Presbyterian Church. On January 21, 1956, at Endeavor Presbyterian Church, she married Howard L. Kelly, who preceded her in death on September 30, 2019. She worked at Sylvania in Titusville, PA and then for Evenflo Crater in Tionesta, PA, retiring upon its closure. Phyllis and Howard worked hard to raise and support their family, who they cherished.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Patrick L. Kelly and his wife Kim of Tionesta. Two daughters, Debra Naser and her husband Robert, Jr., of Endeavor, and Mary L. Kelly and her significant other William Seeley of Cranberry, PA. Seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers: John, Elsie, Russell, Marion, and Dick Rudolph; and one sister, Alberta Dudick.
There will be no public visitation. All services held will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta. Burial will be alongside her husband at Starr Cemetery in Tionesta. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tionesta Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 157, Tionesta, PA 16353.
