Mark N. Wilson

   Mark N. Wilson, age 65, of Pittsburgh, PA, and a tenant of Tionesta, PA, died on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Shippenville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Shippenville, PA.  He was born February 5, 1957 in Pittsburgh, son of the late G. Napier “Nip” Wilson and Ellen (Thackray) Wilson.

   Mark enjoyed the outdoors, especially canoeing and sailing at the family cottage in Ontario, Canada.  Mark worked as an insurance broker until his retirement for Thomson & Sproull Insurance Co., of Pittsburgh, a family agency. 

   He is survived by one sister, Mary W. Wilson of Pittsburgh.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth T. Wilson.

   Mark had many close friends who were very meaningful to his life, including but certainly not limited to Wayne and Debra Whittington and their family of Tionesta.  He will be missed by all.

   There will be no public visitation.  Family and friends will have a private celebration of Mark’s life. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J.
