Marie J Head

   Marie J. Head, age 90, of West Hickory, PA, went to meet her Lord on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Titusville, PA.  She was born August 16, 1924 in Endeavor, PA, daughter of the late Frederick A. and Olive Faye (Ishman) Jackson.  

   On November 21, 1945 in Tidioute, PA she married H. Wayne Head who died June 16, 1990. 

  Marie graduated from Hickory Twp High School in Endeavor and retired in 1990 from Evenflo-Crater of Tionesta, PA. 

   Surviving are two daughters, Susan Dahle and her husband Robert of Oil City, PA.  Lynda Bagnell and her husband Herb of Tionesta.  Five grandchildren, Elizabeth Schmidt and her husband Daniel of Tidioute, Rachel Bereksazi and her husband Christopher of West Hickory, Karen Dahle, Michael Dahle and Gary Dahle, all of Oil City.

   Also surviving are seven great-grandchildren, Brett and Blake Schmidt, Sophia Bereksazi, Austin McFarland, Elyssa, Ericka Dahle and Jade Dahle. 

   One sister, Twila Dewey and her husband Wayne of Glendale, Arizona.  Two sister-in-laws, Dorothy Jackson of Endeavor, and Betty Hall of Tidioute.  Several nieces and nephews.   

   In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and Richard Jackson.  Three sisters, Helena Grisewood, Kathryn Range, Esther Uhrin.

   Friends will be received on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from noon to 1pm at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta followed by a memorial service held at 1pm with Rev. Larry Neal officiating. Burial will be at Warren County Memorial Park, Warren, PA.  Memorial contribution may be made to the West Hickory United Methodist Church PO Box 31 West Hickory, PA 16370.   Online messages of sympathy may be left on the guest book at www.wimerfuneralhome.com
