Leslie H. Albaugh, age 82, of Titusville, PA, formerly of Tionesta, PA, and Buellton, CA, died on Monday, November 24, 2025, at his home at SouthWoods Assisted Living in Titusville. He was born August 30, 1943, in Starr, Forest County, PA, son of the late Forrest Johnson and Hazel Evelyn (Brady) Albaugh.
Leslie graduated from West Forest High School in the class of 1961. He served as a Specialist 5th Class in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He built a career in electronics with several different military contractors, working from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
He is survived by a brother and two sisters: Terry L. Albaugh and his significant other Vicki of Clarion, PA; Retha D. “Cookie” Hunter of Endeavor, PA; and Sandra Lee Gall and her husband Daniel of Tionesta.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Forrest Gale and Michael A. Albaugh.
Friends will be received from noon to 1 P.M. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta, with a service to follow at 1 P.M. with Pastor Loren Little of Hospice of Crawford County officiating. Full military honors will be accorded by the Titusville VFW Post 5958 Honor Guard at the funeral home. The family wishes to thank the staff of SouthWoods Assisted Living for the excellent care they gave Leslie.
