June A. "June Bug" Bucholz

      June Ann "June Bug" Bucholz, age 69, of Tionesta, PA passed away peacefully in the presence of her children, early Friday morning, December 6, 2024 at Titusville Hospital.  June was born July 22, 1955 in Meadville, PA, daughter of late Lawrence and Evanel (Longstreth) Stearns.
     June worked as a waitress at the former Soda Cap, Knoty Pine, and American Diner restaurants in Tionesta. She was very skilled at crocheting, knitting, and doing various crafts. She enjoyed reading and writing, kayaking, and spending time at camp on Kibbe's Island and with her children and grandchildren.
     June is survived by her son, Terrance Geer of Tionesta and significant other, Tabitha Kane of Pleasantville. Two daughters, Shawnee Geer of Harmonsburg and Crystal Quigley and her significant other, Ryan Bouquin of Tionesta. Four grandchildren, Tyler and Deanna and Gage and Thomas. And two great grandchildren.  Also surviving are four sister's, Brenda Hanes, Penny and husband Eric Pierce, Leona and partner Wayne Colwell, and Sandra Kay. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
     In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by two brothers Vernan Long and Lawrence Stearns, also, her companion, John Bochy.
