Edward A. Davis

Edward A. Davis, age 68, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Aliquippa, PA, died suddenly on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at his home in Tionesta.   He was born April 13, 1950 in Collier Twp., Allegheny Co, PA, son of the late Charles and Virginia (Partridge) Davis.  He was married to Linda L. (Podmore) Davis who died April 24, 2014. 

Ed was retired from US Airways of Pittsburgh where he worked as a stock clerk.  He more recently was employed by the North Clarion School District of Tionesta.  He was a member of the Forest ATV Club of Marienville, PA.  

He is survived by two sons, Edward A. Davis Jr and his wife Rachel of Freedom, PA; Noah J. Davis and his wife Jill of Monaca, PA.  Two grandchildren, Mia and Sunny Davis of Freedom.  Several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a sister.

Friends will be received on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Tatalovich Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 2205 McMinn St. Aliquippa, Pa. 15001 from 4 - 7 pm followed by a brief service at 7.  Burial will be at Scotch Hill Cemetery in Leeper, PA.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
