Obituary
Donald L. Kunselman, age 77, of Tionesta, Pa, died on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in Tionesta. He was born December 16, 1944 in La Junta, Colorado, son of the late William “Jack” and Marjorie (Goff) Kunselman.
Don was an over-the-road owner/operator truck driver by trade. He drove for JM Leasing Co. of Clarion, Pa, then drove for Klapec Trucking Co. of Reno, Pa until retirement. He was a previous member of the Tionesta Volunteer Fire Department where he served as a Fire Policeman and as a Forest County Fire Warden. He was a member of the Venango County Fire Police Association. He also worked for Frank’s Auto running a tow truck.
Surviving is one brother, Richard D. “Rick” Kunselman and his wife M. Carmen of Fort Worth, Texas. One nephew and two nieces. Don enjoyed visiting his brother in Fort Worth and recently made the trip for an over one month stay.
There will be no public visitation. All services held will be private. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Tionesta. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
