Diana Agren

     Diana Agren, age 86, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Gibbstown, New Jersey, died on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at her home in Tionesta.  She was born October 14, 1938, in Camden, New Jersey, daughter of the late Enrico and Argia (Travelini) Ferretti.

     On April 3, 1959, in Elkton, Maryland, she married Oscar Edwin “Ed” Agren who died on June 25, 2015.

Diana worked for Columbia Records in Quality Control in Pitman, New Jersey.  She adored children and worked as a babysitter for many years… the children loved her.  She also worked at Walmart in Cranberry, PA, for 10 years from 2005 - 2015 as a greeter and dressing room attendant.   She loved the Forest County area, the mountains and enjoyed watching for animals including deer and hummingbirds.  She also looked forward to trips to Benezette, PA, to see the Pennsylvania Elk.  Being from Jersey, she also loved the Jersey Shore. 

     She attended the Tionesta Church of God and also was a member of St. Michael’s Church in Gibbstown, New Jersey. 

     Surviving are four sons: David Agren and his significant other Sheila Rogers of Williamstown, New Jersey; E. Scott Agren and his wife Beverly of Tionesta; Eric S. Agren and his wife Kimberly of West Deptford, New Jersey; Douglas W. Agren and his wife Lori, of Deptford, New Jersey; one daughter, Joanna M. Sacchetti and her husband Tom of Tuckerton, New Jersey; nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; one great grandson on the way; several nieces and nephews. 

     In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Danielle Marie DiPietro; four sisters: Anna Konzik; Olga Marcucci; Jean Zinn; Domenica Grant.

     Friends will be received at the Tionesta Church of God, 1582 Route 36, Tionesta, PA 16353 on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at which time a memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. with Pastor Jodi L. Poorman officiating; a luncheon will follow.  Burial will be at Starr Cemetery in Tionesta.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
