Craig P. Harris

     Craig P. Harris, age 57, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Beaver, PA, died on Wednesday evening, September 20, 2023 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA.  He was born April 21, 1966 in Beaver, son of the late George Harris and the late Diane (McDonough) Harris McGuire.
     Craig worked as a manager at Kelly’s Riverside Saloon in Beaver for 17 years before moving to Tionesta.  In Tionesta, he worked as a manager at the Ross Run Ranch in Tionesta until his health prevented it.  He was a member of VFW Post 8755 in Sheffield, PA and was a regular at the West Hickory Sportsman’s Bar.  Along with his stepfather, Charles McGuire, he enjoyed driving the tractor and planting cover crops for deer, including corn, oats, and clover.  More than anything, he loved his dogs, Mickey and Maverick.
     In addition to his stepfather, Charles McGuire, with whom he lived, he is survived by four brothers: John Harris; Jeffrey Harris and his wife Patricia; Scott Depoe and his wife Linda; and Jimmy Depoe and his husband Monty.  Two sisters, Laura Harris and Shannon Tandarich and her husband Cliff.  Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
     There will be no public visitation.  All services held will be private.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
