Clifford L. Lobaugh, age 81, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Lower Burrell, PA, died on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the VA Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born July 19, 1944, in Tarentum, PA, son of the late Gilmore R. and Eileen (Lowery) Lobaugh. Cliff was a career Army Veteran serving for 38 years until retiring as a Sergeant 1st Class. He was active with many local Veteran activities including parades. He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Titusville, PA. He was proud to have served his country. He enjoyed gardening, loved flowers and birds. He attended the Christian Missionary Alliance Church of Tionesta, loved watching western shows, and reading.
Surviving are his companion of the past twelve years, Pat Balocik of Tionesta, as well as his brother Robert Lobaugh and his wife Shirley of Texas. Several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Suzie, who died February 20, 1998. A brother and a sister are also deceased, Russell B. Lobaugh and Lorna Huntley.
Friends will be received at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 2 – 4 PM followed by full military rights accorded by the Titusville VFW. He will be buried alongside his wife at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.
