Brenda L. Lennox, age 73, of Tionesta, PA, passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on Friday, September 4, 2026.  She was born November 8, 1952, in New Castle, PA, daughter of the late Paul E. and Charlotte L. (Heasley) Lennox.

     She married William L. “Tiger” Pollock Jr., on July 27, 1996, in New Castle, PA.  A successful career woman, Brenda worked as a computer programmer analyst for Reznor in Mercer, PA, and later for Modern Builders Supply in Boardman, OH, retiring in 2020.  Beyond her professional accomplishments, she enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially gardening, hiking, and kayaking.  She also had a passion for motorcycles of all kinds, from smaller bikes to full-dress Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles.  She was a member of the Arbor Day Foundation for over 30 years and also supported the Humane Society and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).  She had a love of music and enjoyed playing guitar.

     Brenda is survived by her brother, Robert Lennox and his wife, Geraldine, of Pulaski, PA; her niece, Julie Quinn, and her husband Marc, of Pittsburgh, PA; four nephews, David Lennox and his wife Alena of Pulaski, Robert Lightner and Joshua Lightner, both of Wilmington, NC, and David Lightner of Youngstown, OH; and four great nephews, four great nieces, and two great great nieces.  She also leaves behind her beloved Border Collie and her constant companion, “Hawkeye.”

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law, William Pollock Sr. and Donna Pollock; a sister-in-law Pamela Lightner; a niece, Megan Lightner; and a great niece, Hannah Nicole Quinn, in infancy.

     There will be no public visitation.  Friends are welcome to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at noon, at Endeavor Presbyterian Church, 17402 Route 666, Endeavor, PA 16322, with Pastor Roger Z. Snyder officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.  Memorial contributions may be made to a local humane society or to the ASPCA.
