A. Carol Skvarek

     A. Carol Skvarek, age 85, of Chardon, OH, formerly of Kiffer Hill, Tionesta, PA, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, OH.  She was born November 27, 1938 in Warren, PA, daughter of the late Aaron and Frances (Hunter) Beane.

     Carol graduated from West Forest High School in the class of 1957.  She retired from General Electric after 27 years.  She was a member of the Chester Christian Center in Chesterland, OH. 

     She is survived by her brother-in-law, Vincent Walter.  Her niece, Mindy Colvin and her husband Steve.  Her great niece, Laci Meneo and her husband Adam.  Two great great nephews, Rylan and Alexander Meneo.  Special friends, Donetta Yeary, Trudi Graffius, and Pastor Yvette Semon who gave her a lot of assistance over the past year and a half, and also her cat, Oreo.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Beane, and her sister, Janice Beane Walters.

    Private burial will be at Kiffer Hill Cemetery in Tionesta.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Chester Christian Center, 11815 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, OH 44026.
