Patricia W. Bossert

UPDATE: Services have been set for William S. and Patricia W. Bossert, formerly of Tionesta, PA, more recently of Ohio, who both died in 2017.  Friends are welcome to attend graveside services at 11 A.M. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery, Red Brush Road, Tionesta, with Rev. Samuel J. Wagner, associate pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin, PA, officiating.  

Patricia W. Bossert, age 86, of Tionesta, PA, more recently of Mentor and Painesville, Ohio, died on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Brookdale Senior Living Center in Mentor.   She was born August 16, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late George A. and Etta May (Coolidge) Weisbarth. 

On March 24, 1962 in Key West, Florida, she married William S. Bossert, who died March 25, 2017.  She retired from General Electric out of Cleveland, Ohio and moved to West Hickory, PA in 1980.  She worked locally at the Forest County Sports Center in Tionesta and Forest County Wood Products until 1993.  She spent the majority of her time with her late husband Bill traveling, fishing in Canada, and spending time with her friends, neighbors, and the nature that surrounded the couple’s last home in Tionesta Twp.  Health forced her and her husband back to Ohio in 2012.  She was Catholic by faith.

Surviving are a son, William G. Bossert in Ashtabula, Ohio.  Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents and husband by two brothers, George and Donald Weisbarth. 

There will be no public visitation; all services held will be private.   Burial will be at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery in Tionesta.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Zion Community Cemetery, c/o 4194 Allio Road, Tionesta, PA 16353.
