Iris Fay Reichard

   Iris Fay Reichard, age 78, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Lake County, Ohio, died on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Titusville Health and Rehabilitation Center, Titusville, PA.  She was born August 15, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Ira H. and Geraldine F. (Weaver) Whittington.  Iris owned a cleaning business and cleaned for Tionesta Builders Supply, the State Police Barracks in Tionesta, along with many other local businesses and residential homes.  She liked to read, bake, gardening, take walks with nature around her home, and she enjoyed her plants.   At one time she was active with the “Red Hat Society” of Tionesta.

   On February 8, 1964 in Painesville, Ohio she married Donald E. Reichard who died April 26, 2001.

   Surviving are three sons, Donald E. Reichard Jr and his wife Patsy of Tomball, Texas; Russ C. Reichard of Lemon Valley, Nevada; Edward E. Reichard and his wife Brenda of Lebanon, PA.  Four daughters, Leigh Dickenson of Fairport Harbor, Ohio; Cheryl Quiggle of Tionesta, PA; Sharon Reichard and her husband Tom Kramer of Miami, Florida; Cindy Frank and her husband William of Mentor, Ohio.  15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.  Two brothers, Thomas Whittington of Ohio, and Wayne Whittington of PA.  Two sisters, MaryAnn Kirby and her husband Roger of Ohio and Kathy Reed, also of Ohio.  Several nieces and nephews. 

   In addition to her parents and husband, Iris was preceded in death by a son, Keith A. Logan. 

   Friends will be received on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta from 9:30 am to 11 am followed by a memorial service at 11 am with Rev. Samuel J. Wagner, associate pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin, PA, officiating.  Burial at Mt.
