Ethel M. Fauzey

   Ethel M. Fauzey, age 81, of East Hickory, PA, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the Oil City Health Care & Rehabilitation Center, Oil City, PA.  She was born October 4, 1935 in Titusville, PA, daughter of the late Albert G. and Gertrude E. (Fry) Andrews Smith. 

   Ethel was a member of the East Hickory United Methodist Church and the East Grove United Methodist Church of Franklin, PA.  She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion and the Ladies Aide, both of Endeavor, PA.

   Surviving are two daughters, Dianne L. Grove of Oil City, PA.  Donna M. Miller and her husband Keith of East Hickory, PA.  Two sisters, Roberta A. “Bert” Andrews of Franklin, and Mary Jane Whiteman and her husband Glen “Whitey”, of Knox, PA.  Seven grandchildren, Stephanie Bacher of Franklin; Jayme Horn of Slippery Rock; Kenda Thomas of Oil City; Melissa O’Neil and her husband David of Franklin; Justin Grove of Oil City; Becca Turner of Franklin; Laura Lynn Bemis and her husband William of Fayetteville, North Carolina.  Many great-grandchildren.  A son-in-law, Kenneth W. Horn and his wife Pam of Franklin, PA.  Many nieces and nephews. 

   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Paul Smith.  A daughter, Debbie K. Horn who died in March of 2009.  Three grandsons, Trevor Rodgers, Jeremy Horn, and Mickey Irwin.  A granddaughter, Michelle Irwin.  Two brothers, Albert Grant Andrews Jr, and one in infancy. 

   Friends will be received on Saturday from 6-8 PM at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM on Sunday at the West Hickory United Methodist Church in West Hickory, PA with Pastor Larry R. Neal, officiating.  Burial at East Hickory Cemetery.
