Dale R. Crowe

     Dale R. Crowe, age 55, of East Hickory, PA, died on Saturday morning, March 23, 2024, at his home in East Hickory.  He was born On July 26, 1968, in North Tonawanda, NY, son of the late Jack Franklin and Barbara (Pienta) Crowe. 

     Dale worked for over 30 years as the meat cutter at Farm Fresh Foods, previously the Super Duper and Market Basket, in Tionesta, PA.  Following a 14-year relationship, on February 14, 2024, in Tionesta, he married Cyndi L. Young Crowe, who survives.  Dale was a staunch Buffalo Bills fan, and he enjoyed grilling for family and friends on Sundays and for football games.  He enjoyed time spent socializing with his friends at the Hickory Nut Inn in East Hickory.  Above all, Dale was a devoted husband, father, and grandpa. 

     In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons: Jason T. Smith and his wife Katelynn of Oil City, PA; Garrett F. Crowe and his fiancée Myesha of Franklin, PA; and Cameron K. Crowe and his significant other Kelcy of Rouseville, PA.  His daughter, Kaitlinn M. Young and her fiancé Matthew of Seneca, PA.  Six grandchildren: Blake, Phoebe, Liam, Miles, Maren, and Mason.  His brother, Jack Crowe of Swartz Creek, MI.  His sister, Rene Mellott of Buffalo, NY.  The mother of his three sons, Denise Smith, in Florida.  Several nieces and nephews.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Crowe, and a sister, Robyn Moje. 

     Friends will be received from 4-8 P.M. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
