Betty M. Foley

     Betty M. Foley, age 68, of Tionesta, PA, died on Monday morning, March 4, 2024 at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA.  She was born May 31, 1955 in Wilkinsburg, PA, daughter of the late Albert and Betty M. (Hockenberry) Obies.

     On August 25, 1993, she married Ronald D. Foley, who survives.  Betty worked many years as a waitress at the former Sky Jet restaurant in Tionesta.  She enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. 

     In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sonia Foley and Jennifer Rose Foley, and three grandchildren, Anthony “Tony,” Charlotte “Sissy,” and Brooklyn “Buddy” Foley, as well as several nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Butch, as a child, and four sisters, Annie, Delilah, Cathy, and Tina.

     There will be no public visitation.  All services held will be private.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
