Jean M. (Antill) Titara

   Jean M. Titara, age 71, of Tionesta, PA, died on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Presque Isle Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, Erie, PA after a 3 year illness. 

   She was born August 19, 1945 in Titusville, PA, daughter of the late Stephen and Pauline (Baney) Antill.  Jean was one of fifteen children. 

   Surviving are her long time and close companion, Eugene “Pokey” Berlin of Tionesta.  A brother, David George Antill and his wife Marilyn of Centerville, PA.  Four sisters, Dollye Moison of Titusville; Gladys Burbank of Olympia, Washington; Hazel Ernst of Erie; and Blanche Sterling also of Titusville. Many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. 

   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, Harry, John, Jacob, Steven, Frederick, and James Antill.  Three sisters, Paula Annie Antill, Flossie Rodgers, and Betty Hull.

   There will be no public visitation.  All services will be private.  Two years ago Jean and Pokey lost everything in a fire, including their home.  To assist with final expenses contributions can be sent directly to the Norman J.
